How do I download the mobile application?

Once you activate SafeGuard Lite for ₹299 (1 month access), you can immediately download SafeGuard-Parent.apk to install the parent dashboard app directly on your mobile phone. You can also re-download it anytime from the top navigation bar or from within your web dashboard.

Can I login if I already have an active plan?

Yes! Existing members can simply click "Parent Login" at the top right, sign in using their 4-digit PIN or Email & Password, and immediately access the live monitoring dashboard ("Watch") or download the APK.

When will SafeGuard Standard and SafeGuard Ultimate be available?

SafeGuard Standard (app blocking, web filtering, up to 3 devices) and SafeGuard Ultimate (live screen streaming, ambient audio listening) are currently in active final testing. Their pricing will be announced upon release. You can click "Notify Me" on any card to join the waitlist.
