At SafeGuard Lite by Nihalsailor, we recognize the supreme importance of family privacy. We adhere strictly to data protection principles. We never sell, lease, or monetize your child's data or personal telemetry to third-party advertisers or data brokers.
2 Information We Collect
We collect only the minimal data strictly necessary to deliver safety monitoring:
- Parent Account Information: Name, verified email address, mobile number, and encrypted password/PIN credentials.
- Child Device Telemetry: Real-time GPS coordinates, battery level, device model, and active connectivity state.
- Safety Activity Logs: Call metadata (timestamp, call direction, contact number) and flagged emergency SMS keywords.
3 Payment Data Security (Cashfree)
All billing transactions and ₹299 membership payments are handled externally by our secure payment gateway partner, Cashfree Payments India Private Limited.
Cashfree is certified under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards. SafeGuard Lite servers never receive, process, or store credit card numbers, CVVs, UPI MPINs, or net banking passwords.
4 Data Retention & Deletion
Parents maintain total control over their data:
- Location and communication telemetry records are capped and automatically pruned to prevent perpetual data bloat.
- Parents can unpair devices or request permanent account and telemetry erasure at any time by contacting nihalsailor14@gmail.com.
