1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SafeGuard Lite website (https://safeguardlite.itlive.in), parental dashboard, parent companion application, or child device companion application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not register, purchase a membership, or use the Service.

2 Description of Products & Services

SafeGuard Lite is a specialized parental control and digital safety software platform developed by Nihalsailor designed exclusively for parents and legal guardians to monitor and safeguard their minor children. Features include:

• Real-time GPS device location tracking with interactive map viewer.
• Call metadata monitoring (timestamps, incoming/outgoing contact numbers).
• SMS alert analysis (scanning for flagged keywords such as emergency or distress indicators).
• Emergency SOS notification broadcast directly to parent phones.
• Parent companion mobile dashboard application with 4-digit PIN lock security.

3 Products, Services & Pricing in INR

All product and membership license fees on SafeGuard Lite are clearly denominated and billed in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹):

4 Payment Processing via Cashfree

Payments on SafeGuard Lite are securely processed by Cashfree Payments India Private Limited ("Cashfree"), a PCI-DSS compliant licensed payment aggregator.

• We support UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Debit & Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay), and Netbanking.
• SafeGuard Lite does not store sensitive payment credentials, CVVs, or bank account passwords on its servers.
• By completing a purchase, you authorize Cashfree to process your payment for the designated amount in INR.

5 Permissible Parental Use & Consent

You certify and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age and the parent or legal guardian of the child whose device is paired with the Service.
• The companion software is installed solely onto devices owned by you or your minor child for protective parental oversight.
• You will not use the Service for unlawful surveillance, stalking, espionage, or monitoring of any adult without their express written consent. Unlawful usage is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.

6 Account Security & Quick PIN

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password, email, and 4-digit personal Quick PIN lock. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security compromise.

7 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
